I picked up a pack of Korean Barbecued Beef Shortribs from Trader Joes and grilled them up, cut up a red bell pepper, a carrot, some mushrooms and haricots verts and did a quick stir-fry with them. Added rice and again, from Trader Joes, some chocolate-covered toffee with pistachios and cashews.

So how are the ribs? I usually pick up the package and fondle them but haven't actually bought them. I have some commitment issues.
I'd have to say they were pretty tasty, and very easy to prepare. Just defrost, open package, throw on grill, eat. A bit expensive in my mind, but I would probably keep a pack or two in the freezer.
Maybe I'll get over my issues and pick up a pack. Probably be a good thing to have on hand.
LB, I'm the same. I've picked them up a dozen times or more, but something makes me put them back each time. I've done the same with the knob of carnitas at TJ's, as well.
Don't fear the carnitas! They're good :)
What, no kimchi??? But it sure does look good.
