I think we can call this my chopped lunch. I cut Hot Links and French Green Beans and stir-fried them in a wok with some Sriracha. I then chopped mozzarella, roma tomatoes, and basil, with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and made what I am calling my Chopped Insalata Caprese, Also brown rice and grapes and blueberries.

Hey there--love your blog. Came across it while trying to think of alternative lunches for my husband. Question--do you eat everything cold? Looking for things that don't necessarily require access to a microwave.
Thanks!!
Trish
Hi Trish,
Thanks for the kind words. I don't eat everything cold, but I do make use of a microwave. That being said, I use a Mr. Bento, which allows me to warm up my stuff at home first and then take it to work. I does a pretty good job.
Typically things in my Mr. Bento are left-overs from the night before, so warming them in the morning and packing for work is pretty easy. Taking the picture and posting is usually more work :)
Thanks for the response Todd. After I left the comment I did a little digging around on Amazon to see if I could figure out the carrying dishes you used and stumbled upon the Mr. Bento. Think this might be a great solution!
Again, thank you for taking the time to respond.
Hey:) That's all. Just hey ;)
Hey!
Still like your blog, looking forward to more (and more detailed) posts!
